Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Tacos

Makes 6 servings
One pot meal

Ingredients
2 cups salsa plus more for serving
2 T chili powder
2 T dried oregano
2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
kosher salt
2 1/2 lbs boneless pork butt or shoulder trimmed of excess fat
(I used pork shoulder that was sold already cut in strips with some bone > this worked well )
corn or flour tortillas
cilantro, sour cream and lime wedges to serve

Directions
1. Combine salsa, chili powder, oregano, cocoa powder, and salt. Add the pork and turn to coat
2. Cook covered until the meat is tender
~ 5 hours on high or on low for 7 - 8 hours
3. Warm tortillas
4. Shred pork with 2 forks and stir into liquid.
5. Serve on the tortillas with sour cream, cilantro, and lime

I served with brown rice and red beans. We did not need the extra salsa.
